Club membership is on a calendar year basis.

Dues paid in January through September cover the current calendar year only, regardless of month joined.

Dues paid in October through December will extend membership through the following year.

Renewal dues are payable between October 1st and December 31st.
Renewal dues paid after December 31st are subject to New Member rates.
Officer and Director elections are held each December. Only members paid for the coming year are eligible to vote.
