Bill & Sanna Groff's 1968 Rally Red Coupe

My brother-in-law bought this 'Vette over 20 years ago.  He spent 10 years off-and-on getting it built.  I had driven it several times and new it was a good car.  He said he would never let it go.  I told him if he did, I wanted to be first in line to buy it.  About a year ago he decided to let it go.  Glad I made the decision to purchase it.
