Wayne & Laura Spring's 2023 Hypersonic Gray Metallic Convertible

Growing up, my Dad had a deep love for Corvettes.  I can remember him having several at the house in various stages of operability.  So my fondness for Corvettes is ingrained in my DNA. The first Corvette I owned was a 1984.  I had driven several of my Dad’s over the years, but this is the first I owned.  I owned that Corvette for several years and due to a job reassignment had to give it up. My wife and I acquired our 2016 C7 last year (2023) and enjoy it very much.  Our son Don also has a new Corvette: a 2023 C8 and we try to go places together when the opportunity presents itself.  We both joined CGCC and participated on Dragons Tail run last year.  Don and his wife along with my wife and I look forward to enjoying Corvettes and fellowship in CGCC for years to come. With the New Year came a new Corvette.  In January of 2024 my wife Laura and I purchased a new 2023 C8 Hypersonic Grey Metallic 3LT Hard Top Convertible (HTC).  It has been an adjustment from the C7 but all in good ways.  We look forward to enjoying it at club events and pleasure drives over future years.
